Built for where they are — and where they're going
Every kid develops at their own pace. The pathway isn't about pushing them to the next level before they're ready — it's about making sure there's always a next step when they are.
Foundation
Ages 5–7This is where it all starts. The goal is simple: fall in love with the ball. We build coordination, basic movement, and the confidence to try new things — all through games, challenges, and fun.
Most kids start here. No experience needed — just a ball and a willingness to have a go.
Development
Ages 8–10They've got the basics. Now we sharpen them. This stage is about building real basketball skills — ball handling, footwork, shooting form — and learning what it means to compete and work hard.
This is where the biggest skill jumps happen. They start to see what they're capable of.
Competitive
Ages 11–14They're a basketball player now. This stage is about refining their game, building confidence under pressure, and preparing for whatever's next — rep teams, high school basketball, or just becoming the best player they can be.
This is where the inner game really matters. We build players who back themselves when it counts.
It's not just about basketball
A 5-year-old who starts with us today could still be training at 14. That's nine years of building skills, confidence, resilience and friendships.
Every stage is designed so your child never outgrows InnerGame — they grow within it. New challenges, new skills, new goals. The same coach who taught them their first dribble is the one helping them prepare for rep trials.
"She doesn't need a new coach every year. She needs one who grows with her."
